As you float weightless, you will feel your muscles start to relax, while your stress and tension drift away. As your parasympathetic ("rest and digest") nervous system activates to inhibit the body's stress response by lowing cortisol and promoting deep relaxation and recovery.
Float therapy (or "R.E.S.T" Reduced Environmental Stimulus Therapy) effectively reduces sensory distractions that we experience in everyday life that can affect our ability to relax deeply, including light, sound, smell, touch and even gravity. How to Float

We supply everything you need for your float in your suite. A pre-float shower is required to remove any oils and products prior to entering the pod environment.

Climb into your little oasis. You can decide to keep the lights on or off from inside the pod. It will be a silent float unless you requested the music option at time of booking.
Lay back, relax and enjoy your float!

In the last 15 minutes of your float gentle music will begin playing to notify you that your session is coming to an end. If you selected the music option during your float then the filtration jets will turn on to alert you of your session end.

Take a shower to remove the salt using high-quality shower products provided for you in your suite. Complimentary tea offered in lounge!
