Everyone is welcome, you do not need to be a member to book a visit. We offer solo service bookings if you wish to try out the facilities.

We accept walk-ins for most services, however we ask you to keep in mind that we may not be able to guarantee availability of the particular service if it's not reserved in advance. Reservations are required for Contrast Therapy to ensure facilities are ready (last minute spots may be available with one hour notice by calling us direct).

We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals should time permit but we cannot guarantee a full appointment if there is a subsequent appointment scheduled after. Full service fee will still be charged for late arrivals. Appointments past 15 minutes late will be automatically cancelled without refund unless you have notified our team.

No-Show & Late Reschedule/Cancellation policy:

We require 24 hours notice for any changes to your appointment, this includes reschedules, to avoid a penalty fee charged.

• Practitioner services, including FST, Massage, and Acupuncture will be subject to 100% of the service fee charged for first time bookings and 80% for return guests.
• All other therapies will be subject to 40% of the service fee charged.

Yes! We encourage our guests and members to bring in their friends and family to enjoy social self-care together. Our contrast suites are spacious enough for friends or couples to enjoy together. 

Most therapies are offered in private suites, so you may wear whatever you are most comfortable in. A swimsuit can be worn for sauna, cold plunge or float. Clean towels and robes are provided. 

The minimum age for access to our facilities is 16+ with signed parental consent (14+ may be accommodated with guardian in attendance). Vitamin Therapy requires guests to be 18+. 

You are welcome to park in the front lot or in the free underground parking garage, which is open from 6 AM- 6 PM.
